Herewith a description of the property, starting from the bottom upwards:
BASEMENT LEVEL:
Large spacious drive-in garage with automatic doors. Can fit 3 small or two large vehicles. There is some storage area available beneath the staircase. A toilet with washbasin is also available in the garage. The toilet facility opens the opportunity to transform the garage into another habitable unit or home office - with the ramp from the street into the garage enough space to use as parking for any vehicle. Plenty off-street parking is also available.
GROUND FLOOR:
Access to the main level of the house can be had by making yourself through the stairwell from the garage or for guests and visitors, via the very attractive steps through the front garden. An intercom system is available for calling visitors. The most alluring feature of this level must be the very attractive swimming pool. The pool area has its own outside toilet facility, an easy-to-reach machine room for the pool services, a shower unit and ample barbecue. The pool area communicates directly to the living room area of the house. The living room area is wide, beautifully lit by all the blue sky and sunshine from outside and complimented by a snug at the front corner of the house. There is a fireplace in the living room if ever needed. It is more likely to warm or even hot during the year in this property. To that end the home has been built to allow for the installation of air-conditioning if ever needed. The living room area is followed by the central stairwell guarded by the large front door. This in turn leads to the dining room area. Behind the dining room there is a discreetly positioned toilet and washbasin facility for the users of the ground floor. After the dining room is the awesome modern kitchen complimented with a separate laundry and pantry to the rear. The kitchen and the laundry room area behind it have their own separate doors to access the outside of the house.
TOP FLOOR:
The whole half of the house to the right of the stairwell comprises the master suite. The photos we show here do not do justice to the size and amplitude of the room and must be seen to be appreciated. A luxurious feature of the bathroom is the inclusion of both a separate shower and a separate (hydro-massage) bathtub in the bathroom. Enormous and spacious wardrobes do not interfere with the space needed for your king size double bed!. The view is, well..., as clichéd as it sounds, breathtaking.
