Advertising Prices and Structure

Prices are per property and per time scale.

A property is defined as a single contiguous structure that is continually joined by a wall or beam.
At any time when a property breaks and there is a space between that property and another property the property is considered separate from any other that surrounds it. Hence, two houses with, for example, a garden between them are considered two separate properties. But two apartments that sit in contact with each other are considered as one property. This definition requires that the owner or advertiser of the multiple joined/contiguous properties has title to each property under his or her own name.

Simple and effective photos go a long way in helping sell properties over the net

Photo above: two apartments for rent in Ponta do Sol. Typically this would be treated as two properties, however, since it has no clear or incontiguous space between them and are both owned by the same proprietor the schedule of fees assumes this as a single property.

Small Extras - Schedule of fees

Photography (if required):	37.50 Euros per session
	(That is, if we take the photos to be used on your listing)
CD of photos with higher resolution for own personal use:	37.50 Euros per CD
	(Web pictures are generally of a lower resolution format. With a CD a higher and workable resolution can be had for personal use.)
Copyright and Royalties Waiver:	37.50 Euros per property
	(All photos taken by MadeiraProperty.com are necessarily copyright to Madeira Online and MadeiraProperty.com. Royalties may be due if sale of property benefits from the photos. However, you can waive that claim by paying a Copyright and Royalties claim waiver.)

Notes and Discounts

Discounts applicable on volume listings only You will be charged via PayPal. An inoive will be submitted to you once your account has been created. Fees are payable within 7 days after usrname and password for account has been generated. Fees are non-refundable even when properties are sold in, for example, the first month. The Property will remain on the listings, however, but with a "SOLD" sign/status.

Miscellaneous

Property Appraisals can be arranged by an experienced or professional property evaluator. Enquire regarding fees. Property Watcher - we keep an eye out for newspaper and other forms of advertising to find the right property for you. Enquire for fees. Property Search Agent - we advertise your needs and property via traditional methods. In newspapers and submit your request to multiple estate agents in Madeira by fax. Enquire for fees and availability.
